Set in its own 54 acres of parkland in Hampshire this hotel offers the perfect base to explore this area. Itinerary
Day 1: We depart the Northeast and make our way to our hotel which is based on the outskirts of Winchester.
Day 2 – 4: Full day at Highclere Castle.
Nestled in the rolling Hampshire Countryside this Stately home invites you to relive the period drama of Downton Abbey, along with exploring its grand rooms and beautiful grounds. A relaxing way to spend a day.
Scenic drive into the heart of the New Forest to Lyndhurst.
This charming village offers wide array of shops and eateries. Free time will be provided before we make our way back to Winchester where you will have time to explore this cathedral town.
Free time in the Cathedral City of Salisbury.
Offering timber framed buildings, historic sites, panoply of shops, cafes and restaurants, along with the tallest Spire in the UK.
Bluestone Vineyard.
Nestled in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside this family run business is a lovely way to spend a few hours learning and exploring this Vineyard along with a few samples too.
Day 5 : Sadly, we depart for home arriving back early evening
