Holly & Mistletoe Festive Break in Llandudno

Llandudno is Queen of the resorts in Wales and is the largest town in Conwy County. It has kept its Victorian charm &  Edwardian elegance despite its modern attractions. The town itself offers a good range of shops, restaurants, and bars,  or maybe you just want to sit back and watch the world go by, it really has got something for everybody. Our base for  this tour will be in the centre of Llandudno providing an excellent location to take the breathtaking railway journey  through Snowdonia. We will visit the harbour town of Portmadog along with a visit to the ancient market town of  Llangollan & Conwy. A picturesque tour and one not to be missed.

Tynedale Hotel

This beautiful hotel is perfectly located on Llandudno’s promenade just 20 meters from the beach and a short walk to  the high street. It offers warm and welcoming accommodation. All bedrooms are en-suite with digital TV and  tea/coffee making facilities. Due to the hotel being a Victorian building all rooms are different in shape and size. Please note this hotel does have a lift but not to all floors and some rooms do have steps to them.

Day 1: We depart the Northeast and make our way to Llandudno with comfort stops enroute. Once we arrive Santa’s  little helpers will take your luggage off to your rooms whilst you relax after your journey with afternoon tea and hot mince pies. At 5.45pm Join the team for a festive sherry reception with delicious canapes and get to know your fellow  revellers. Start the celebrations with a fantastic four course dinner, funny hats and party poppers. Entertainment and  cabaret commence in the Cafe Bar after dinner. If you are peckish after the cabaret and Llandudno’s invigorating sea  air, then it is time for your late-night buffet.

 Day 2: Christmas Day.After Breakfast we will make our way through Snowdonia National Park before returning  back to the hotel in time for Christmas Carols & afternoon tea. Christmas Dinner is served with a complimentary glass  of wine, Christmas crackers and a wonderful warm atmosphere. After a dinner a visit from Father Christmas and Entertainment will be provided, along with a finger buffet to end your day.

 Day 3: Boxing Day After a leisurely breakfast we will make our way to Llangollen & Conwy. Here you will have free  time to explore these towns before making our way back to the hotel for more festive activities. Tonight, Fire and Ice evening begins. Enjoy special drinks with an amazing tasting menu with a touch of theatre. Cash Bingo and  entertainment to get you in the mood is also included along with a latenight finger buffet.

 Day 4: New years Eve Today is a free day in resort. At 4pm afternoon tea is served followed by our Haggis rolling  competition. Get ready for the fabulous New Year’s Eve Celebration Dinner. Cash Bingo and great evening of  entertainment will be included tonight along with the optional fancy dress parade. See in the New Year with old friends  and new, with Auld Lang Syne and of course a finger buffet!

 Day 5: New years Day Santa’s little helpers will return your luggage to the coach. After a leisurely breakfast we will make our way home arriving back late afternoon.
