The dramatic scenery, unspoilt countryside and coastline along with the warm hospitality are only a few reasons why  this tour is one not to be missed. The Wild Atlantic way is on the West Coast of Ireland and can be explored in different  stages. On this tour we will visit parts of this breathtaking route along with a visit to Ulster Folk Park, a  distillery tour, a visit to Donegal itself, Omagh & Letterkenny along with a lunch stop at one of our family favourite  pubs where live music will be provided. It really will be a tour that will get your feet tapping and leave you with  memories you will never forget.

Great Northern Hotel, Bundoranl

This luxury family run hotel is situated in 130 acres of parkland in Bundoran. Only 350 yards from the beach and a 10- minute walk into town this hotel provides the perfect place to explore this area. All bedrooms are en-suite offering TV,  tea/coffee facilities and WiFi. The restaurant offers views over the golf course overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Day 1: An early morning departure we make our way to Cairnryan for our ferry crossing over to Belfast. We will then  make our way to Bundoran which will be our base for the next 5 nights.

 Day 2 TO 5:

  • Ulster American Folk Park. Learn about the hardship endured of the journey of Ulster people’s emigration to  North America in 18th & 19th century and the lives left behind.
  • Letterkenny. This vibrant cathedral town is full of history, architecture and of course friendly pubs.
  • Scenic drive along part of The Wild Atlantic Way.
  • Traditional Irish pub with live music – with lunch
  • Boatyard Distillery tour- situated on the banks of Lough Erne, enjoy a tour of this distillery learning how the  sprits are produced and organically bottled. Of course, we have included a sample or two and you are guaranteed great hospitality.
  • Enniskillen this beautiful waterside setting town is rich in history along with galleries, shops & cafes. It is  nestled on a small natural island in the middle of upper and lower Lough Erne.
  • Set on The Wild Atlantic Way Donegal is situated on the mouth of The River Eske with a backdrop of the  Bluestack Mountains. The town offers a vast array of restaurant, pubs and shops

 Day 6: Sadly, we depart for home today arriving back later afternoon.
